Garden of Unspoken Gold

The details

About this piece

You are not simply buying art. You are helping an artwork continue its journey. I've created this package to extend that experience beyond the artwork itself. Each layer reveals another little piece of the world that exists around your artwork. The entire unboxing becomes another artwork made of layers. THE BOX A protective box embellished with a simple hand-drawn line drawing is the first glimpse into the world of your artwork. THE ARTWORK Your signed 1/1 hand-embellished fine art print, individually finished by me making the piece uniquely yours. THE CERTIFICATE Your Certificate of Authenticity documenting the artwork and its place within my collection. THE POEM An original poem written by me, another layer of the story created to sit alongside the artwork and perhaps reveal something you didn't notice at first. THE CARE CARD A few simple instructions to help you look after your artwork so that it can remain part of your world for years to come. THE CRYSTAL A specially chosen crystal is another layer to your artwork, selected for its symbolism and connection to the themes or energy of the piece. I've included an explanation of its benefits. THE THANK-YOU TAG And finally, something very close to my heart: a handmade thank-you tag created from pieces of my creative process such as scraps of paper, test colours, textures and stamps that influenced or remained behind during the making of the artwork. When you open your box, I hope you take your time. Savour each layer. Read the poem. Hold the crystal. Look at the little details. You aren't just receiving the artwork. You're receiving a little piece of the world that exists around it.
